SQL Server Management - error 29506

Just run the MSI installer as administrator.
If it doesn't work try to start it from the command line.

run cmd as administrator
start SQLServer2005_SSMSEE_x64.msi




SQL server is not mandatory but the application would be useless without it.

Database Collation when installing Opencart 3.x, 4.x
